Very nice ambience! We had Kaiserschmarrn, a coffee and a shandy. The Kaiserschmarrn was okay. Little bit for the price and taste it was medium ... It was very busy. The waitress brought beer first and then the correct shandy. Was very friendly

The service tried hard, but also a bit overwhelmed. Drinks came several times, unfortunately one or the other starter was also wrong; Food was otherwise okay, very nice ambience ....

We celebrated our wedding there in July and were super satisfied. The food and the service were great. We recommend :) Many thanks also to the nice owners!

Delicious food in a cozy and traditional atmosphere. There is also a children's playground, wildlife park, hiking trails through the high forest and a climbing park. Something for everyone. Recommendable

Meat dishes, vegetarian dishes, vegan food, various salads, delicious bedside tables, hand-carved French fries, very good coffee. Large portions, so order senior plates if you are hungry. Special recommendation: vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries! Moderate prices. We were there for the first time. We will go back for sure!

Food was not great; very fat and the vegetarian option we wanted was not available, they only told us this after we had been waiting for half an hour. So view is great, food is not.

The ambience is nice and the swing benches on the terrace are a nice idea. Food was okay overall. The sauce of the chamignon-cream schnitzel was good in combination with the spaetzle; the schnitzel itself was unfortunately a cheap finished product. The quality of the "Zarten Schnitzel" was better, but nothing special either. The ox cheeks are definitely recommended. Portions were sufficient and filling, but a bit poor after a hike.

Super nice ambience from the outside and inside. The dishes offered were very appealing and delicious. Spaetzle and sauces of all kinds are self-made (not from a Maggi pack). The waitress was polite and helpful. The inn is handicapped accessible (at least no steps had to be overcome).

Excellent service, cold drinks and one of the best currywurst with fries dishes I have ever eaten! 5 people = all 100% satisfied = we will definitely be back 👍

The food is just a lot. But the focus should be on quality instead of quantity.

The food was very good and large portions. Staff friendly ... however the service is very poorly organized and the service people a bit disoriented. Waited 20 minutes to order drinks, then another 10 minutes to order food. The food came after around 70 minutes. Too long for that it normally had a lot of guests. After we asked about the meal, it came. This has been the case twice now. Will no longer visit this restaurant.

Friendly and attentive staff. The food was also delicious and a good selection, very clear. Overall atmosphere TOP, very lovingly decorated inside and the view a dream.

Nice excursion restaurant in a rustic atmosphere. Balanced menu and drinks menu. Children welcome. With a large terrace. Right on a large game park. Sufficient park possibilities are in immediate nearness.

Nice to visit and hike

Very friendly service. Big heaping plates of very German food. Just what you need after a long trek through the woods.

Even one Star is too much. We wait 1,5 hour for plates! After one hour we asked to cancell two of them. We have just keep the French fries for children. After 20 min they brought all of the dishes but we say thanks but we have already canceled. They didnt even proposed something like extra drinks and only thing they took the dishes. Unbelievable one hour and half!!!
